UGC - Academic Staff College, University Of Pune

The Academic Staff College, University of Pune was established in 1987.Since its inception the Academic Staff College started to earn its reputa-tion through excellent performance and has been successful in establishing its credibility through its high quality academic programmes.

The Academic Staff College occupies top position, both in terms of number of programmes conducted and number of teachers covered, in the list of 51 Academic Staff Colleges functioning so far in the country. The Academic Staff College could achieve this distinction mainly due to unstinted support and co-operation of the resource persons, University Authorities, UGC, teaching and supporting staff of the . University Departments, Principals and teachers of Colleges, and many known and unknown well-wishers.
