ORIENTATION PROGRAMMES FOR ADMINISTRATORS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The UGC also expects that the Academic Staff College should organise at least one Orientation Programme every year for Senior Administrative Staff, Heads of the Departments, Principals and Deans so that these Senior Administrators of Higher Education get acquainted with the new culture and thereby contribute to academic development of the University /Institute /College .
